The Suspension of Late Fees and Disconnection on Utilities has been LIfted as of Monday May 4, 2020.  

As we start to re-open our cities and re-build our local economies, the City of Elsberry has lifted the suspension of late fees and the disconnection of utilities for non-payment of services effective Monday, May 4, 2020. 

If you are unable to make full payments during this time, please contact City Collector Rachel Reed at 573-898-5588 during regular business hours at City Hall on Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM to discuss possible payment arrangements.
